Responsibilities:
Lead digital transformation and consulting engagements, guiding organizations through the adoption of AI, automation, cloud solutions, and data-driven decision-making to enhance business performance.
Work with clients to identify business challenges, conducting market research, stakeholder interviews, and gap analyses to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for innovation.
Develop technology-driven solutions by aligning emerging technologies, process optimization strategies, and industry best practices to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth.
Create data-driven business cases that quantify the impact of transformation initiatives, demonstrating ROI through financial modeling, benchmarking, and feasibility studies.
Drive execution strategies, overseeing project implementation from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and workflows through training programs, executive buy-in, and continuous feedback loops.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, operations, and finance, to integrate technology solutions seamlessly into business processes.
Stay ahead of industry trends, advising clients on market shifts, competitive positioning, and innovation strategies to future-proof their operations.
Develop thought leadership content, contributing to whitepapers, industry reports, and executive briefings that position both the consultant and the firm as strategic advisors in the digital space
Requirements:
Experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, or IT consulting.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
