Role Overview

As a Client Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate challenges in digital transformation, AI-driven solutions, and strategic consulting. You will lead business development efforts, manage key accounts, and oversee consulting engagements in your region, working alongside industry experts and technical teams to drive meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding SN Horizon’s presence in Consumer Goods and Retail industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with senior executives and decision-makers, ensuring their strategic goals align with our innovative solutions.
  • Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy: Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation—while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Solutioning: Leverage expertise in AI, data analytics, forecasting, and business consulting to propose tailored solutions that address complex industry challenges.
  • Collaboration & Delivery Oversight: Work closely with consultants, data scientists, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client projects.
  • Market Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive insights, positioning SN Horizon as a leading player in the space.
  • Enterprise Growth Strategy: Partner with internal leadership to refine and evolve SN Horizon’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with emerging technologies, industry demands, and long-term business objectives.
  • Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning: Represent SN Horizon at industry events, conferences, and panels, contributing to thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and strategic insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree (MBA preferred) or PhD in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, business development, or executive leadership roles, preferably within a top-tier consulting or a senior role in a global enterprise.
  • Strong industry network and business acumen to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Proven success in sales and business development, with a history of achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale consulting projects.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel for key client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
