Work with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data scientists, to align business and technical objectives and drive collaboration.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans, proactively identifying bottlenecks, dependencies, and potential issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
Lead stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates, executive briefings, and performance dashboards to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Ensure agile and iterative project execution, leveraging Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies to foster adaptability, rapid development cycles, and continuous improvement.
Optimize project workflows and governance, ensuring that project management best practices, frameworks, and documentation (such as RACI charts, RAID logs, and sprint retrospectives) are effectively implemented.
Facilitate change management and stakeholder buy-in, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and business processes with minimal disruption.
Drive post-project analysis and continuous improvement, conducting lessons learned sessions and performance reviews to enhance future project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Experience in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies.
