Business Development Associate

Experience : 5+ years in business development or sales

Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time

Location : US/ UK/ France / Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales Support & Proposal Development: Assist in crafting compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations that align with client needs and SN Horizon’s value propositions.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct industry research to track trends, understand client pain points, and assess competitor strategies to inform business development efforts.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Support the Client Partner team in maintaining relationships with existing clients and fostering new partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and consulting teams to align business development strategies with SN Horizon’s service offerings and go-to-market approach.
  • Sales Data Management & CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business development, consulting, or sales.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team.
